Community Catch Up-Brian
AB4D caught up with Clacton group member Brian, to see how he is doing during the lockdown.
Brian has managed to keep himself very busy during the lockdown, and as a longstanding member of 'Crafty Creations' at Summit House, he has plenty of supplies to keep those creative juices flowing! Like many people, he has used his artistic skills to make a poster supporting the NHS (pictured above). He has been keeping in touch with friends and family, including other AB4D group members.
Brian is a keen puzzler and has completed several puzzles during this period of isolation. He has internet access and has been watching music videos on YouTube, and also making sure he gets exercise as the grounds where he lives allow him to go on walks-he is hoping to see some deer in the woods! He was happy to report that during Easter he managed to eat lots of chocolate- making this AB4D writer very jealous!
Brian has been working with the team at AB4D to learn how to use WhatsApp and make video calls and is hopeful this can happen soon. Brian's message to everyone is 'Stay Safe, Stay Home!'
